Properties to maintain and enhance.
To strengthen its Management department, Régie de Fribourg SA is looking for an experienced property manager, capable of combining professional expertise, a service-oriented approach, and autonomy in handling their cases.
Your role
You will take responsibility for a portfolio of properties and ensure their overall management. As the main contact for owners and tenants, you will coordinate the various stakeholders and oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of the entrusted properties.
- Manage the administrative and technical aspects of the portfolio.
- Carry out preliminary inspections and inventories and ensure follow-up of files.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
- Manage caretakers, claims, insurances, and maintenance contracts.
- Check and approve invoices as well as management accounts.
- Provide follow-up and advice to owners and tenants.
- Identify and propose measures for enhancement and revaluation.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and reports related to the portfolio.
- Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders linked to your portfolio.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in property management in Switzerland.
- Commercial employee certificate, draftsman certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- Additional training in real estate; federal diploma as a property manager is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of property management, tenancy law, and technical building aspects.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and excellent organisation.
- Ability to prioritise, make decisions, and manage complex situations.
- Good interpersonal skills, service orientation, firmness, and diplomacy.
- Excellent command of French or German, with good knowledge of the other language, as well as very good proficiency in common IT tools.
