In this role, you independently plan and model ventilation systems in CAD and ideally contribute your BIM expertise. You take on coordination and specialist site management tasks and ensure that all disciplines work together optimally. In addition, you prepare tenders and various technical calculations and actively participate in internal and external project meetings. With your training as a building services planner: ventilation EFZ, your IT and CAD skills, and your independent and reliable working style, you contribute to demanding projects in the field of modern building technology.
Responsibilities:
CAD planning & modelling of ventilation systems
Participation in BIM projects
Specialist site management & coordination on site
Preparation of tenders & technical calculations
Project coordination with internal and external specialist departments
Qualifications:
Training as a building services planner ventilation EFZ
Good CAD & IT skills
BIM knowledge advantageous
Independent, structured & reliable working style
Team spirit, willingness to learn & commitment
