Automotive Preparer

In this versatile role, your main mission is to ensure the management and tracking of spare parts requests for the entire garage. You are responsible for receiving orders, checking their compliance, preparing quotes as well as commercial offers.

As a warehouse operative for automotive parts, you prepare orders according to purchase orders, prepare the necessary shipping documents and organise the distribution of goods. Restocking inventory, storing products, as well as managing and monitoring suppliers are integral parts of your responsibilities. You also work directly with workshop teams and partner sites in Switzerland.

In addition to your logistical activities, you manage and monitor the fleet of equipment and replacement or rental vehicles made available to customers.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistician, warehouse operative, or a technical / automotive mechanical training.

• You have proven professional experience (ideally 3 to 5 years) in the field of spare parts management or automotive logistics.

• You have a multidisciplinary approach, combining technical skills and commercial sense.

• You have a proactive, organised personality and strong interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office / stock management software).

• Native French speaker, good knowledge of German is an asset (English is a plus).

• Valid driving licence essential.
