Mandate Manager with Payroll Experience 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent management of financial accounting including sub-ledgers (Topal, Bexio, Infoniqa)

• Support of internationally oriented mandates

• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements

• Management of complex payroll accounting

• ? Processing of social security and withholding tax declarations

• Personnel administration

• Preparation of VAT declarations and annual reconciliations

• Professional advice to our clients on business management issues

What do I need to be successful?

• Further training in fiduciary or accounting (e.g. professional certificate or in training) advantageous

• Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector

• Solid payroll knowledge

• Very good knowledge of Swiss social security and VAT law

• Independent, structured and responsible working style

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact

• ? Very good German and English skills
