Property Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is an established Swiss real estate service provider and supports owners in the professional management and long-term development of their property portfolios.
The working environment combines real estate economics with commercial, technical and digital topics.
Collaboration in specialised teams and with different stakeholders creates a versatile environment where expertise, customer orientation and modern working methods come together.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a portfolio of commercial properties
You prepare the annual budget including forecasts and process creditor invoices
You take on the leadership and development of your team
You look after tenants and owners and coordinate facility managers
You oversee maintenance work and conduct condition assessments
You implement rent adjustments and contract changes
You monitor the rental policy and advise owners on pricing
Qualifications:
You hold a federal specialist certificate in property management or have many years of professional experience
You have solid knowledge of tenancy law and technical understanding
You work independently, customer-oriented and team-oriented
You have a high affinity for technology and enjoy digital working
You speak German at C1 level
