Service Technician Air Conditioning and Refrigeration 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a service technician for air conditioning and refrigeration to strengthen the team at the Bern location immediately or by arrangement. These exciting tasks await you:

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on air conditioning systems

• Support and care of existing customer relationships

• Receiving fault reports and ensuring a quick, professional resolution

• Team coordination and active communication with colleagues

• Developing optimisation proposals for existing systems

• Participation in on-call duty according to the established rotation plan

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Successfully completed training as a refrigeration system mechanic EFZ with practical experience in air conditioning and refrigeration

• Ideally several years of experience in service and customer support

• Enthusiasm for service assignments and independent working

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking

• Reliable working style, sense of responsibility and professional appearance

• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written, as well as a category B driving licence required
