Nursing Planning: With careful deployment planning, we try to meet individual wishes as much as possible.
Training and Further Education: Moving forward? We need and promote open and eager-to-learn employees. We are open to discussing future plans and wishes.

Collective Labour Agreement: Our employment conditions are generally based on the collective labour agreement (CLA) for staff at Bernese hospitals and clinics.
