Senior IT Consultant Digitalisation Healthcare (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF125,000 - 145,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape the digital transformation in healthcare and specifically bring your medical expertise to strategic and operational issues. You are responsible for the conception and management of demanding digitalisation initiatives and work closely with decision-makers at C-level. With your interdisciplinary understanding, you combine clinical, organisational, and technological perspectives into viable, actionable solutions. You analyse existing structures, identify improvement potentials, and develop sustainable digital business and care models based on these. Through your experience as a physician, you bridge medical quality, economic efficiency, and modern, digitally supported patient care.
Responsibilities:
- You advise executives and professionals in healthcare on IT management and at the interface between IT and organisation.
- You lead and manage demanding projects and programmes in digital healthcare.
- You take on mandate leadership for client projects and ensure their successful implementation.
- In this role, you support existing clients, acquire new clients, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- As a digital healthcare consulting leader, you strategically develop the service portfolio.
- In this role, you moderate workshops and events and contribute to specialist events, research, and innovation projects.
Qualifications:
- You have a completed technical or business degree.
- You have several years of professional experience in healthcare (e.g. hospitals, psychiatric clinics, rehabilitation clinics, consulting, healthcare organisations, or IT companies).
- You are well acquainted with the digitalisation and IT of inpatient and outpatient service providers (e.g. HIS, ERP, RIS/PACS, BI, AI).
- You possess solid experience in strategy and organisational development as well as IT and process management and confidently apply current methods in project and programme management.
- Analytical and conceptually strong work with high quality standards as well as independence, motivation, and reliability characterise you.
- You communicate appropriately for the audience at all levels, enjoy working in a team, and are proficient in German and English; French is an advantage.
