Group Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Consolidation, analysis and commentary of group-wide monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER
Further development of forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes
Business partnering for management, departments and international subsidiaries
Development and optimisation of BI tools – ideally with Jedox, Power BI or comparable systems
Leadership and participation in group-wide projects in controlling, reporting and digitalisation
Monitoring KPI standards and actively managing financial performance
Qualifications:
Higher education in finance/controlling (e.g. FH/University, certified expert in accounting & controlling or certified auditor)
Several years of experience in group controlling or auditing
Sound knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER
Experience with modern reporting tools and BI solutions (e.g. Power BI, Jedox)
Independent, structured and entrepreneurial personality
Fluent German and good English skills
