As a Flying Teacher Nursing, you are active across wards, shape the quality of education and accompany trainees in their development.

These are your tasks

• You conduct educational sequences directly in everyday practice with our trainees (AGS, FaGe, Nursing HF and FH)
• You take co-responsibility for the independent planning and evaluation of the specific learning units
• You promote the theory-practice transfer and support a learning-promoting training culture on the different wards.
• You support trainees in problem and crisis situations in collaboration with the education managers
• You recognise the educational needs, contribute ideas, work on projects and are co-responsible for an innovative and attractive further development of training in nursing at SPZ
• You work as a nursing professional in direct care of people with spinal cord injuries for a fixed part of your workload in an exemplary manner

The Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil is a private, nationally and internationally recognised specialist clinic for spinal cord, spinal and ventilation medicine.
