Real Estate Law Associate

Our client is a Geneva-based law firm recognised for its expertise and the quality of its support to a local and international clientele.

Responsibilities

The duties:

Advise clients on real estate law matters (administrative, land law and construction law, lease).
Draft, analyse and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions.
Participate in acquisition, sale and financing operations of real estate assets.
Ensure the legal follow-up of real estate projects and coordinate the various stakeholders.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions as well as procedural documents.

Candidate Profile

Your profile:

Holder of the Swiss bar certificate with at least 2 years PQE in real estate law within a law firm in Geneva.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
Strong analytical, drafting and complex case management skills.
Team spirit, client service orientation and excellent communication skills.
