Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
Digital customer relationships are created through intelligent platforms and optimised processes. We are looking for a consultancy-strong personality who supports companies in the further development of modern CRM solutions and uses innovative Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and support of customers in the introduction and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Analysis of existing business processes and development of digital CRM strategies
Design and implementation of customised Dynamics 365 solutions
Configuration of modules, workflows and automations
Integration of CRM systems into existing IT landscapes
Optimisation of sales, marketing and service processes
Conducting workshops and requirements analyses
Support of implementation and transformation projects
Development of sustainable solutions with modern Microsoft technologies
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365
Experience in consulting and implementing CRM projects
Knowledge in process analysis, customising and system integration
Understanding of digital customer processes and business automation
Analytical thinking and strong consulting skills
Enthusiasm for Microsoft cloud technologies and modern CRM solutions
