For our client HALEON, a world leader in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a:
Pharmaceutical Line Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team on the line.
- Take ownership of the performance of your line (safety, quality, productivity): monitor its indicators and take corrective actions to achieve them within your scope of action.
- Be able to detect quality issues (deviations) and escalate them.
- Report any new potential risks.
- Know and comply with the HSE procedures in force in your work environment.
- Maintain your work equipment daily: Clean, Inspect, Maintain using standards.
- Diagnose using your knowledge and your four senses (hearing, sight, smell, touch). Follow a checklist of AM tasks (first-level maintenance).
- Propose improvements, for example by submitting an intervention or improvement request.
- Escalate a problem when necessary.
- Detect/describe problems and notify the people who can analyse/resolve them.
- Explain the 5S to other colleagues. Propose ideas for improvements related to tidying and standardisation and implement them.
- Safely carry out the necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical products packaged according to the production plan.
- Maintain the basic conditions of the packaging equipment.
- Know and comply with the procedures and instructions (SOP) in your work environment.
Your profile:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic or Food industry, accompanied by technical experience on high-speed lines.
