IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility: You are responsible for the review and assessment of customer relationships, work closely with internal specialist departments, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. You ensure the reliable operation of our IT systems and infrastructure and guarantee high availability of services.
You monitor systems, analyse faults, and sustainably resolve technical problems.
You administer servers, networks, clients, and other central IT components and continuously develop them further.
You automate recurring operational processes and support the implementation of technical improvements.
You participate in IT projects and take responsibility for the introduction of new technologies and solutions.
Qualifications:
You have training in computer science, systems engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
You bring experience in IT operations as well as sound knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
You are familiar with networks, virtualisation, backup, monitoring, and basic security topics.
You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and keep a cool head even in the event of faults.
You enjoy communicating with different contacts and convince through team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
