As an HR Business Partner, you support managers and employees throughout the HR lifecycle. You also contribute to cross-functional HR processes, strategic projects, workforce planning, and the continuous development of the HR function.

Responsibilities
- Support and advise managers and their teams at all stages of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, career development, occupational health, reorganisations, and performance management.
- Provide relevant HR advice by balancing the organisation’s needs, employees’ interests, and compliance with Swiss legal frameworks.
- Actively participate in cross-functional HR processes: salary policy, training and skills development, succession planning, internal mobility, HR administration, controlling, legal matters, and reporting.
- Contribute to specific HR projects and innovative initiatives, particularly regarding the review and development of the HRIS.
- Support workforce management and coordinate the monitoring of personnel-related costs.
- Contribute to organisational and financial planning through relevant HR analyses and indicators.
- Ensure effective internal communication on various HR topics and participate in external representation activities.
- Work closely with the entire HR team and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in human resources or a related field, ideally at Bachelor level or with a Federal Diploma.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar generalist HR position.
- Experience in managing or participating in HR projects.
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with an empathetic and client-oriented personality.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex situations and propose pragmatic and innovative solutions.
- High sense of responsibility, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent command of French and ideally good knowledge of German.
- Very good proficiency with HR IT tools and an interest in digitalising processes and HRIS solutions.
- Team spirit, collaborative approach, and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Dynamic, positive, versatile personality capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
