Junior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Operate and monitor central IT services with Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, Entra PIM, and PKI reliably.
Analyse technical enquiries and faults in 2nd-level support and resolve them sustainably together with the team.
Perform updates, patches, and backups as well as accompany recovery, restart, and restore processes.
Implement and administer user rights and security policies in the identity and access management environment.
Document operational processes, changes, and fault analyses and support users with ICT services.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, for example as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable qualification.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services as well as interest in Exchange and identity & access management.
Understanding of user, permission, and security concepts; knowledge of Entra ID, Entra PIM, and PKI is an advantage.
Initial experience with scripting and automation, especially PowerShell, is an advantage.
Analytical and structured working style, high willingness to learn, reliability, and strong team skills.
