Store Salesperson Telecom (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Personal consultation of customers on smartphones, mobile solutions, accessories and digital services
• Individual needs assessment and recommendation of suitable products and services
• Presentation and clear explanation of technical products and functions
• Support with device changes, commissioning, data transfers and other services
• Handling customer concerns and ensuring professional care
• Active sales and contribution to achieving store and sales targets
• Support with stock management, inventory control and stocktaking
• Completion of various administrative tasks in the store

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or experience in sales or customer service
• Enthusiasm for smartphones, telecommunications and modern technologies
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment in explaining products simply and clearly
• Sales talent as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Open, friendly and convincing personality
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills are an advantage
