Permanent Position - Health Care Assistant in Home Care - Riviera Region (M/F/D)

Our client, specialised in home care, is looking for a CRS Health Care Assistant (M/F/D) to strengthen their team in Montreux and its surroundings.

As part of this essential role, you will be required to:

• Provide basic care to patients at their homes to ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Monitor patients' health status and inform the care team if necessary.
• Assist with meal administration and support patients in their daily activities.
• Maintain hygiene and order in patients' homes.
• Offer moral support to patients and encourage them to maintain their autonomy, in accordance with established protocols.

This position allows you to make a real difference in patients' daily lives by providing personalised and compassionate support at their homes.

For this position, recognised training as a CRS Health Care Assistant is required. You must demonstrate sensitivity to patients' needs and have strong teamwork skills. Listening ability, a sense of quality service, versatility, and adaptability are essential.
