The varied day

• Together with their colleagues, they accompany and care for adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities with partly challenging behaviours and epilepsy in their daily lives
• They perceive the wishes and resources of the residents and jointly design their daily and leisure structure with them. In doing so, they apply their medical expertise purposefully
• They take co-responsibility for the planning and implementation of the educational, nursing and medical care process
• They are responsible for the smooth organisation of the department and have an overview of the administrative and domestic tasks
• They support trainee health and care specialists in developing their skills

Your diverse talents

• You are a Health Specialist EFZ and have experience working with people with impairments or are interested in training in this field
• You are motivated to engage with your counterpart
• You have a solution-oriented work organisation and a high degree of personal responsibility
• With your creative and transparent communicative manner, you proactively shape everyday life
• You are enthusiastic about creating a pleasant home together with the residents that meets their needs
