What is my role?

• You are the central interface between customers, internal teams and external partners

• You handle technical orders from A to Z while keeping an overview of deadlines, costs and quality

• You independently manage exciting subprojects and coordinate the involved departments

• You create technical documentation, offers and project documents

• You take care of planning and monitoring project processes

• You maintain close communication with customers to ensure smooth communication

• You support the calculation and post-calculation of projects

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical education (e.g. technician, engineer FH/ETH) or comparable qualification

• Initial experience in order processing or project management

• Organisational talent and a structured, independent way of working

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with various contacts

• Technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex contexts

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems

• Team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset

• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
