Academic Fellow Neuro-Urology (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your tasks
- Clinical-urological care of patients with functional urological and neuro-urological conditions according to the respective level of training
- Conducting complex functional urological and neuro-urological diagnostics, especially video urodynamics
- Performing minimally invasive surgical procedures in an outpatient setting
- Participation in interdisciplinary ward rounds, case discussions and treatment conferences with related specialist disciplines
- Participation in urological on-call duties as well as support in emergency services
- Scientific work with a focus on neuro-urology
- Collaboration on clinical studies, publications and academic projects with a perspective towards habilitation
Your profile
- Specialist title in urology or advanced stage of training
- Broad clinical interest in the urological field, especially in functional urology and neuro-urology
- Basic experience in scientific work as well as solid knowledge in medical statistics
- Strong interest in clinical and translational research as well as in a clinical-academic career
- Academic experience and ideally first scientific publications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form at native level or at least level C1 (CEFR)
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- GCP certification (Good Clinical Practice)
- High self-motivation, structured working method and pronounced team spirit
