In this role, you benefit from 30 days’ holiday with a 100% workload as well as the option of unpaid leave to deliberately shape your personal work-life balance. You work in interdisciplinary teams with room for ideas, participation, and co-creation, as well as opportunities for regional deployment. In the event of illness-related absence, you are covered with 80% continued salary payment up to the 730th day and receive 100% of your salary during the 30-day waiting period; in case of accident, there is an 80% salary continuation with full salary payment for the first two days. In the area of parenthood, individual solutions tailored to your needs are examined to optimally combine professional responsibility and family duties. In addition, you receive time and financial support for further training so that you can continuously deepen and keep your professional skills up to date.
Responsibilities:
- You lead the practice and are responsible for medical quality
- In this role, you care for and treat patients in general practice medicine
- You recruit, instruct, and supervise assistant doctors as well as medical staff
- In this role, you design and implement practice processes and treatment concepts
- You ensure smooth practice operations and high-quality patient care
- As Medical Director, you participate in interdisciplinary meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- You have completed medical studies and hold a specialist title in General Internal Medicine (FMH) or the title of a General Practitioner
- You have professional experience in general medicine or internal medicine
- You bring leadership experience and demonstrate strong social skills
- You act with high patient orientation and convince through your communication skills
- You show organisational talent and enjoy building new structures
- You possess good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
