About the job
The Lucerne Cantonal Hospital with locations in Lucerne, Sursee and Wolhusen is a company of the LUKS Group and thus belongs to one of the leading hospital groups in Switzerland. The over 8500 employees are there around the clock with warmth, competence and commitment for the well-being of the patients. The clinics and institutes of the LUKS Group offer medical services of the highest quality. We are looking for reinforcement for our team from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
Your field of activity
- The management of rehabilitation will be handed over to the next generation. As a team leader, you take on the professional and organisational co-responsibility in your area of rehabilitation. You support the department management in leading about 20 employees. Together with the department management as well as the entire nursing management team, you work according to the service mandate and target specifications, taking into account the nursing models and nursing diagnoses applied at LUKS.
- You are jointly responsible for implementing efficient, effective and appropriate care, taking into account the framework conditions. Through your farsighted and reflective personality, you actively participate in various projects and are involved in their implementation.
- You are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care of our patients, perform duties in direct care in all shifts and support employees in their professional development.
- A state-of-the-art clinical information system, which digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time and up to date, supports you around the clock.
Your experience
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and have several years of professional experience, preferably in the rehabilitative field. In addition, you ideally already have leadership experience at team leader level or in another function.
- You are characterised by a committed, reliable and precise way of working, gladly take on responsibility and are an organisational talent. You are a communicative and open personality and enjoy working in a team.
- You treat your fellow human beings with appreciation and empathy and keep a calm head even in hectic situations; in dealing with patients and relatives, you demonstrate high social as well as professional competence.
Your prospects
- You can expect a responsible and varied activity with diverse tasks in an innovative working environment as well as great collaboration in a committed, dynamic and interprofessional team.
- We offer you the chance to work independently and to lead the directly subordinate employees in cooperation with the department management. A modern understanding of leadership, the informal "du" culture as well as close interdisciplinary collaboration are a matter of course for us.
- You can expect a progressive hospital, which will take a big step towards the future with the strategic orientation towards a Lean Hospital and the new hospital building; you may expect a varied and challenging activity.
- In addition to the beautiful workplace in nature, you benefit from very good social benefits as well as active promotion of your personal further education with targeted and individual competence development.
We look forward to receiving your complete online application. If you have any questions, please contact Corinne Kohli, Head of Nursing, Tel.: 041 492 88 01.
