Company Description
To strengthen its team, our client, based in the Vevey region, is looking for a 40% commercial employee who enjoys client contact, versatility, and environments where everyone contributes concretely to the smooth running of the company.
Job Description
You will be at the heart of the company’s administrative life and a key contact point for its clients and partners. You will manage the secretariat, physical and telephone reception, mail handling, as well as internal and external correspondence. Your daily routine will also be marked by the drafting of quotes and invoices, as well as the opening, administrative follow-up, and archiving of project files. A varied position for someone who enjoys juggling several topics and being truly useful to their team.
The desired working days are Monday and Wednesday.

Profile Sought
You hold a commercial employee federal certificate (CFC) and have several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction sector.
You have excellent spelling, enjoy writing, and are very proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of Enneasoft is a plus.
You live in the Vevey region or nearby.
