What is my role?

• Independent execution of maintenance cleaning tasks in office, commercial and residential properties

• Cleaning of stairwells, entrance areas and communal rooms

• Cleaning and care of floors, surfaces and sanitary areas

• Proper use of cleaning agents and work equipment

• Ensuring the specified hygiene and quality standards

• Responsible handling of customer property and work materials

• Ensuring consistently high cleaning quality

What do I need to be successful?

• Professional experience in maintenance cleaning desirable

• Independent, careful and reliable working style

• Sense of responsibility and punctuality

• Friendly and well-groomed appearance

• Good physical resilience

• Basic knowledge of the German language

• Category B driving licence advantageous
