In this position, you develop tailor-made automation solutions for industrial applications and accompany their implementation through to successful commissioning. You take technical responsibility for projects, coordinate their realisation and ensure powerful control and visualisation technology. Occasional assignments at customers within Switzerland complete your versatile range of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Design, development and optimisation of PLC and HMI solutions for industrial production and process plants
Programming and further development of control and visualisation systems with modern engineering tools
Technical overall responsibility for automation projects from planning to successful handover
Coordination and monitoring of individual project phases as well as ensuring timely implementation
Execution of commissioning, function tests and plant optimisations directly at the customer
Analysis of technical requirements and development of efficient automation concepts
Support in troubleshooting, system optimisation and technical documentation
Collaboration with internal departments as well as external contacts during project execution
Qualifications:
Completed technical training with further education at TS, HF or FH level
Several years of professional experience in industrial automation technology
Sound knowledge in the development and programming of PLC and visualisation systems, especially with Siemens technologies
Good knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology
French language skills for technical communication are an advantage
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German skills
