Your tasks

• Creation, maintenance and optimisation of maintenance and upkeep plans
• Planning and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
• Coordination of maintenance work with internal and external parties
• Prioritisation and scheduling of maintenance orders
• Monitoring the maintenance status and tracking open orders
• Recording and maintaining plant, equipment and order data in our maintenance system
• Evaluation of maintenance data and key figures
• Analysis of malfunctions and recurring failures as well as deriving improvement measures
• Responsible for optimising plant availability, maintenance processes and maintenance strategies
• Participation in budget and resource planning
• Support in projects, revisions and plant conversions
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and documentation requirements
• Audit responsibility and contact person for questions regarding planning and systems

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training with solid expertise and practical experience in maintenance and upkeep
• Extensive experience in maintenance planning, especially in creating, maintaining and optimising maintenance and upkeep plans as well as coordinating and monitoring maintenance measures
• Assertiveness, solution-oriented approach as well as high resilience and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and initiative-driven working style
• Confident handling of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
