Retail Construction & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 80–100 %

As a Retail Construction & Transformation Manager, you actively shape the further development of the BENU pharmacy network. You are responsible for demanding conversion, renovation and transformation projects from the idea to successful implementation and act as the central interface between internal teams, external partners and our locations.

The core of your work:

In your role as Retail Construction & Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 80–100 %, you are responsible for:

• Overall management of retail, conversion and transformation projects including planning, budget, cost control and schedule management.

• Development and optimisation of store concepts together with sales, expansion, marketing and other partners.

• Management of architects, site managers, specialist planners, general contractors and craft businesses.

• Technical support of projects on site as well as professional exchange on equal terms with construction and craft partners.

• Preparation of investment budgets, business cases and decision-making bases for management.

• Further development of standards and processes in the areas of construction, maintenance and occupational safety.

• Completed training in a technical field, construction, architecture, facility management or comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in managing complex construction, conversion or transformation projects.

• Sound knowledge of project management as well as experience with budget, cost and supplier management.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in driving projects forward independently.

• Confident manner and communication skills towards management, architects, site managers and craft businesses.

• Ability to convey technical topics understandably and implement pragmatic solutions.

• Structured, solution-oriented working style and high personal responsibility.

• Very good German or French skills as well as good knowledge of the other language; English skills are an advantage.
