Support of the central helpdesk within an internationally oriented workplace organisation.
Receipt and processing of technical user requests including classification and follow-up.
Installation, commissioning, and management of laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and peripherals.
Support of administrative lifecycle processes during personnel changes and device replacements.
Maintenance of asset overviews, device documentation, and other operational information as well as participation in worldwide rollouts.
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in a technical IT environment or equivalent qualification.
Initial practical experience in end-user support; entry after training explicitly possible.
Confident handling of Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 services.
Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and sensitivity to different cultures.
Independent, methodical approach with a strong willingness to collaborate.
