Bar/Service Staff on Call
Responsibilities
- Courteous care and competent advice for guests in the restaurant and at the bar
- Carrying out beverage and food service
- Preparation of various cocktails, spirits, and classic bar drinks
- Active sales including upselling and recommending current specials
- Providing information about the offerings and advising on allergens
- Independently managing a station including cash handling
- Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in service or gastronomy
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Resilience and calmness even during busy guest periods
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
