Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Ensuring needs-oriented, demand- and professionally appropriate care including the social environment according to the service mandate
• Responsibility for effective, patient- and outcome-oriented care in collaboration with the qualified nursing staff
• Recognising changes in the patient situation, initiating appropriate measures and informing the qualified nursing staff
• Maintaining care documentation as well as recording care-relevant data (LEP) and service billing (medications and materials)

What You Bring to This Position

• Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Teamwork, resilience, sense of responsibility, flexibility and independence
