As the Senior Global Process Owner , you will establish a framework for driving sustainable improvements in end-to-end business performance, leading to a reduction in errors and rework, creating a strong control environment for company-wide spend.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Lead the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, extending from one end of the organization to the other.
- Lead the development and execution of global strategies, driving both short-term results and long-term transformation goals for the finance function.
- Resolve issues regarding end-to-end performance and non-compliance with global processes, technology, and compliance standards, partnering with operational heads, business units, and executives.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to guide process transformation
- Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to elevate overall organizational performance.
- Ensure smooth implementation of digital initiatives and integrate improvements seamlessly across workflows.
- Find the right balance between generating alternatives and considering implications to ensure fast buy-in to the long-term vision.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the continuous evolution of the finance function, influencing decisions that align with global business goals.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Minimum of 5 years' operational experience across the P2P cycle in a Finance role, with exposure to regulatory, statutory, and legal constraints.
- Experience with SAP S4Hana and ideally SAP Ariba technologies.
- Understanding of effective P2P channel strategies across Direct and Indirect spend, leveraging automation.
- Proven expertise in integrating process improvements with digital initiatives while balancing innovation and operational implications to drive long-term efficiency.
- Proven track record in driving transformation, managing change, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align across complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams and align conflicting priorities through strategic thinking and assertiveness.
- Fluent in German and English.
