What is my role?

You no longer want to work as a "normal" electronics technician and would like to maintain customer contacts? Then you are exactly right with us, we can offer you a perfect job! Your tasks include:

• technical advice in the electrical / electronic field

• telephone troubleshooting

• remote assistance

• organising returns and replacement devices

• general aftersales tasks

• customer support

• collaboration with various internal and external departments

What do I need to be successful?

To perform these activities optimally, you need the following skills:

• Completed apprenticeship in Switzerland as an Electronics Technician EFZ or alternatively, for example, an electrician or automation technician with knowledge in the electronics field

• A customer-oriented, communicative, articulate, honest, reliable, loyal and analytical personality who can deal well with people and always keeps a cool head even in stressful and hectic situations

• The ability to satisfy customers in a solution-oriented manner

• Possibly further training as a Technician HF (can also still be in training or only planned)
