This is what your varied working day looks like
- You maintain close telephone contact with our existing customers.
- You are responsible for arranging appointments for selected customer advisors.
- If suitable, you will have the opportunity to take on further tasks and responsibilities.
This is what you bring to this role
- You have very good knowledge of German and French in spoken and written form (mandatory), other languages are welcome.
- Ideally, you already have experience in customer service, sales or a call centre.
- You approach people openly and have strong communication skills.
- You are characterised by an independent and structured way of working.
