Comprehensive training… and a real opportunity

You have no railway experience?
That is not a barrier.

We offer you:

• A comprehensive and paid training of about 9 months.

• Obtaining the railway licence.

• Close support from experienced colleagues.

• A gradual, human and structured integration.

Your role after training

You will be responsible for:

• Driving trains on the Montreux – Zweisimmen – Lenk lines

• Signalman service at the station (shunting supervisor) in Zweisimmen.

• Shunting operations at the station with precision and rigour.

• Punctuality and safety of traffic.

• Professional and respectful contact with travellers.

Every on-time departure, every incident-free journey is also thanks to you.

The profile that succeeds with us

We are looking for a person who is:

• Between 20 and 45 years old.

• In good physical and mental health.

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma or a maturity certificate, ideally in a technical field.

• With a few years of professional experience.

• Reliable, rigorous and attentive.

• Comfortable with irregular hours, seen as an opportunity for personal organisation.

• Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language.

• You are looking for an attractive workplace in Zweisimmen or Château d‘Oex, in a region offering many opportunities for summer and winter sports.

The railway licence (cat. B) is an asset but not a requirement.

More than the diploma, we seek an attitude:
reliability, calm, rigour, willingness to learn and a sense of service.

The team waiting for you

You will join the depot in Château-d'Oex or Zweisimmen, made up of passionate, supportive and committed professionals.

Your manager will support you throughout your training and integration.
