Mechanical / CNC Manager

We are looking for a hands-on person, capable of operationally managing a CNC mechanical production workshop.
Permanent position. Daytime hours.

Desired profile

• Federal VET Diploma in Polymechanics or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in a mechanical production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and CNC machining.
• Mastery of adjustments, programming and optimisation of machining.
• Experience in team management or genuine potential for hands-on leadership.
• Versatile profile, able to switch from workshop coordination to direct machine intervention.
• Clear communication, sense of priorities

• Organise, plan and manage the daily activity of the workshop, ensuring follow-up of the production plan, priorities and deadlines.
• Supervise, support and develop the skills of a production team, promoting versatility and continuity of activities.
• Provide direct technical support on site: start-ups, adjustments, programming, fine-tuning, troubleshooting and solving machining issues.
• Supervise and coordinate the mechanical manufacture of microtechnical and precision components, notably on CNC equipment.
• Program and optimise machining according to production needs and technical requirements.
• Monitor and improve workshop performance: quality, productivity, machining time, flow, working methods and processes.
