Referral Management Officer, 50 to 60%
Your tasks – our position
- Review and processing of received insurance requests
- Correspondence with insurers and other providers
- Close collaboration with the medical coding department
- Clarification of insurance-related questions with attending physicians
- Administrative and technical support for the medical coding department
Your skills – our expectations
- Commercial training, preferably in the insurance or health sector, or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Mastery of administrative processes and a taste for handling complex issues
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method, with a strong service orientation
- Ability to assert oneself and communication skills in dealings with insurance companies as well as specialised internal departments
- Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation
