As part of the development of the "Human Resources" business area, we are advertising three positions for
Your mission
As a local HR partner, you develop and maintain a relationship of trust with management, managers and all staff. You support, advise and assist managers throughout the employee lifecycle, respecting the legal framework, statutes and HR policies. You provide support to employees on matters relating to human resource management. Through your expertise, you help ensure consistent, fair and quality HR practices within the organisation. You also promote the establishment of high-performing organisations, composed of competent, committed employees capable of meeting the company’s challenges.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure, in collaboration with HR managers, the management of the employee lifecycle,
- develop and lead the recruitment process within your scope, conduct selection processes and support managers in their choices,
- advise managers in leading their teams as well as in organisational changes, balancing operational needs, strategic directions and fairness of treatment,
- support managers in the prevention and monitoring of absences, management of psychosocial risks and sensitive individual situations,
- analyse workforce trends and HR indicators, contribute to the development of management tools and monitor dashboards,
- promote close collaboration with all HR teams to ensure coherent, cross-functional support oriented towards the needs of internal clients.
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a human resources specialist or higher education deemed equivalent in the HR field,
- at least 8 years of professional experience in human resource management within a public or private organisation,
- at least 5 years of proven experience in a consulting and support role for managers,
- recognised leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills and ability to establish a relationship of trust,
- ability to make decisions, sense of responsibility and initiative,
- excellent personal organisation, autonomy, rigour and ability to thrive in a demanding environment,
- strong cooperation skills, ethics and relational intelligence.
