Your tasks with the new employer:

• You prepare quarterly, half-year and annual financial statements according to Swiss CO for various companies and ensure reliable financial reporting
• The preparation and support of the annual audit as well as the careful maintenance and quality assurance of finance-relevant master and system data are part of your responsibilities
• In close exchange with the finance management and internal specialist departments, you support periodic billing processes and provide sound analyses for entrepreneurial decisions
• You prepare VAT declarations including sales reconciliations and further develop financial processes, Abacus evaluations, Power BI reports and AI-supported solutions

You offer your new employer:

• You have a higher business administration education at university or university of applied sciences level or a commercial basic education with targeted further training
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting as well as ongoing or completed further training in finance and accounting form an ideal basis
• Confidence in financial statements according to Swiss CO, possible knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS as well as good to very good user knowledge in Abacus and Excel distinguish you
• You communicate confidently in German and English, present financial contexts clearly and convince with an independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
