About the job
You bring many years of experience in the SAP HR world and are familiar with both the depth of classic SAP HCM and the integration logic of SuccessFactors Employee Central into Employee Central Payroll? Then help us shape the future of our payroll landscape in a dynamic retail environment.
Tasks you will enjoy
- Operation and further development of Employee Central Payroll (ECP):
- You are responsible for stable payroll operations and drive the continuous optimisation of our HR and payroll processes.

- Interfaces, reporting & compliance: You are responsible for HR interfaces, reporting and compliance issues (including SOX) and ensure sustainable quality assurance and error correction.
- Change requests & releases: You accompany change requests, SAP release management as well as hypercare and post-go-live phases and ensure stable operations.
- Collaboration on equal terms: You work closely with HR, payroll, IT and external partners – from requirements gathering to productive implementation.
- Knowledge transfer: You conduct training for end and key users and ensure sustainable knowledge building within the team.
Requirements you bring
- Several years of solid experience in SAP HCM (personnel administration, organisational management and especially payroll) – ideally including scheme and rule maintenance as well as customising.
- Practical experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in operations and/or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors integration: knowledge of integration mechanisms between Employee Central and ECP (Employee Central Data Replication, Integration Center / Middleware, configuration of replication objects).
- Experience with SAP Time Management (PT or EC Time Management) is an advantage.
- Very good understanding of HR IT architectures, interfaces and end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in hypercare and post-go-live phases as well as strong analytical, solution-oriented and communication skills.
- Degree in (business) informatics, business analytics or a comparable qualification; additional qualifications in analytics, data visualisation or project management are a plus.
Benefits we offer you
