Field of activity
Independent processing of admission applications at Bachelor and Master levels for candidates holding foreign diplomas
Examination and evaluation of admission files, with autonomous decision-making, partly in collaboration with other competent services of the University of Fribourg
Drafting official decisions in French, German and English
Research and analysis of foreign education systems to assess diploma recognition for admission
Information and advice to candidates regarding admission conditions and procedures (by email, telephone or at the counter)
Execution of various administrative tasks related to the management of admission files
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed at a university or a university of applied sciences
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally acquired in a university environment
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a structured and solution-oriented working approach
Ability to work independently while actively participating in team work
Good communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities and a high capacity for adaptation
Rigorous and honest personality, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and reliability
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Excellent writing skills in French and German
Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written (minimum level C1 in one language and C2 in the other)

A fixed-term contract of three years with the option of extension
Working time of 75–80%, Friday off
