Urgently, to join a renowned centre specialising in support and care for children with multiple disabilities, we are looking for a long-term mission:

Social and Educational Assistant 60%

You will join a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the following tasks:

• Supporting beneficiaries with daily living activities and specific interventions related to their personalised care plan.
• Collaborating with care and housekeeping teams to ensure coherent and compassionate care.
• Participating in and/or organising various activities and proposing new initiatives.
• Enhancing the autonomy and integration of beneficiaries.

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a social and educational assistant or an equivalent qualification (SEFRI recognition mandatory for foreign diplomas).
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Kindness and empathy towards residents.
• Rigour and respect for protocols.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various professionals within the establishment.
• Responsiveness and adaptability to unforeseen situations.
