Customer Service Advisor Internal Sales (a) 60 - 100%
Your tasks:
- Support and advice for our customers
- Receiving and processing orders and quotations
- Order entry / processing, conclusion of framework agreements
- Expansion of the existing customer base, maintenance and expansion of customer loyalty
- General administrative tasks (telephone, correspondence, email traffic, customer contact)
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact
- German spoken and written (business fluent), French an advantage
- Confident use of Office 365
- Reliable, service-oriented working style
- Customer-oriented and communicative manner
