Furthermore, you work on the continuous improvement of plants and processes, coordinate external service providers, and contribute your technical know-how to projects such as plant optimisations, new acquisitions, or site expansions. Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines is a matter of course for you. In addition, you support other departments, think cross-functionally, and are ready to take on on-call duty if required.

Qualifications and Attributes
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, automotive or construction machinery mechanic, or comparable training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
- Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
- Good MS Office skills as well as a basic understanding of digital applications and control technology
- Willingness to travel about 2 weeks per year, willingness for on-call duty, and a valid driving licence
- Solid knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, combined with confident handling of technical drawings
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking to sustainably reduce downtime and continuously improve processes
About the Job
In this role, you ensure that our production plants operate reliably, safely, and efficiently. On the one hand, your focus is on preventive maintenance. You carry out inspections, maintenance, and improvements, prepare maintenance work, and document it carefully in maintenance plans and plant documents. You ensure that our standards are consistently implemented. On the other hand, you take over reactive maintenance in the event of unplanned downtimes. You systematically analyse faults, resolve them sustainably, and ensure proper and safety-compliant repairs.Furthermore, you work on the continuous improvement of plants and processes, coordinate external service providers, and contribute your technical know-how to projects such as plant optimisations, new acquisitions, or site expansions.
