Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and reliable operations mechanic (m/f/d) who ensures the smooth operation of modern production facilities with technical skill and an independent working style. You can expect a varied range of tasks with exciting maintenance duties, technical challenges, and opportunities to actively contribute to improvements.

Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Mechanical maintenance and servicing of production facilities and infrastructure
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults, including at weekends
• Assembly, disassembly, and repair of operational equipment
• Installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment in collaboration with production
• Support and training of employees in simple fault rectification and maintenance tasks
• Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
• Participation in technical projects and continuous improvement measures (CIP)

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training as a mechanic, ideally as a polymechanic specialising in maintenance
• Experience in TIG welding of stainless steel is an advantage
• Confident handling of conventional machine tools
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, on-call duty, and weekends
• Good organisational skills, quick comprehension, and team spirit
• SAP and MS Office knowledge is an advantage
• Basic course in personal protective equipment against falls (PSAgA) or willingness to complete it promptly
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
