The Industrial Services of the City of Lausanne (SIL) offer a comprehensive range of multi-fluid services meeting the challenges of a constantly evolving society, respecting sustainability and climate commitments. 

• Lead the installation safety and metering division and ensure the performance, reliability and compliance of activities
• Define and implement the division's strategy in line with the objectives of the Networks service and SIL
• Manage the deployment of smart meters replacing traditional meters
• Ensure energy metering as well as the quality and transmission of remote reading data
• Ensure the operation and maintenance of technical remote reading and communication devices for smart meters
• Be responsible for the periodic monitoring of the compliance of technical installations at property owners
• Supervise teams and section managers, develop skills and ensure unifying management
• Prepare and monitor the budget, analyse performance indicators and optimise division processes
• Manage strategic and cross-functional projects, controlling risks, deadlines, costs and resources
• Represent the division with internal partners, authorities, professional associations and industry stakeholders
