Since 1908, Appenzeller traditional pastries, sweet and savoury delicacies, and handmade breads crafted with old baking artistry have been created here. Our specialties are widely known; for example, the Schäfli Biber, our «Landsgmeend Chrempfli» or the cheese flan according to an old family recipe.
