About the job
In our rehabilitation clinic in Baden Freihof, we offer internal medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation at a high medical standard. For the satisfaction of our guests as well as patients, our valued specialists provide high-quality and diverse services daily.
Your tasks
- Planning: You plan the daily operations in the kitchen under supervision and compliance with dietary regulations as well as safety requirements concerning our patients
- Preparation: You ensure the preparation of meals according to dietary orders and in compliance with hygiene regulations according to GHP and HACCP, and continuously develop the offerings
- Apprentice training: You participate in the training of apprentices
Requirements
- Training: Completed training as a cook (EFZ) or as a diet cook (EFZ/FA)
- Experience: You bring several years of professional experience as a cook
- Knowledge: You have excellent knowledge of classical and modern cuisine
- Languages: Very good German skills (level C1), as fast speech tempo is used in the kitchen and on the phone
