Responsibilities:
- Leading the maintenance team to ensure optimal operational readiness and performance of production facilities
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
- Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work according to operational requirements and safety standards
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Identifying improvement potentials in maintenance processes and implementing efficiency measures
- Budget planning and control for the maintenance area
- Close collaboration with other departments, especially production and engineering, to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies in the maintenance area
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities, ideally in a leadership position
- Sound knowledge in technical maintenance and plant availability optimisation
- Experience in leading and motivating teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High resilience and flexibility to work effectively under pressure
- Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems
