On behalf of our client, an international company based in the lower part of the canton of Neuchâtel, we are currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist. Within a dynamic and multicultural environment, you will join a team dedicated to salary management and contribute to payroll processing, compliance with legal obligations, as well as the continuous improvement of processes.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage the entire payroll process ensuring the accuracy of processing and legal compliance
• You handle the administrative management of social insurances as well as communications with the relevant funds and organisations
• You support the HR department in the administrative follow-up of employees and the processing of variable payroll elements
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of Payroll processes, HR systems and participate in projects related to payroll and time management
• You advise employees and managers on payroll and social insurance matters

You offer your new employer

• You have a basic commercial education, with additional training in human resources and/or payroll management

• You bring solid experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally within an international company

• You have excellent command of French and good knowledge of English and German

• You work confidently with payroll processing tools

• You are recognised for your rigour, team spirit, service orientation and ability to communicate with diverse profiles
